POSITION: SECRETARY/RECEPTIONIST

LOCATION: LAGOS

• Greeting and record keeping of visitors/clients;
  
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents;
  
• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements;
  
• Type and distribute minutes of meetings;
  
• Set up and maintain filing systems; maintain office systems, schedules and calendars;
  
• Arrange and confirm appointments; handle incoming mail and other materials;
  
• Collate information;
  
• Maintain in-house database;
  
• Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information;
  
• Liaise with internal and external contacts to set up necessary meetings as required;
  
• Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally;
  
• Operate office equipment, and keep office environment tidy.

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess HND or equivalent in any commercial discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years cognate experience.

POSITION: ACCOUNT CLERK

LOCATION: LAGOS

Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation for the monthly close
  
• Maintain complete general ledger records and files
  
• Prepare employee reimbursement journal entry
  
• Enter data into the accounting system
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have analytical Skills
  
• Must be vast in Excel and Microsoft word
  
• Detail oriented and organized in work
  
• Must have passion for charity work/Children mostly
  
• Must have a year experience
  
• Must have a minimum of OND

POSITION: OFFICE ASSISTANT

LOCATION: LAGOS

Responsibilities:

• General upkeep of the office
  
• Manage existing and new clients
  
• Seek prospective clients
  
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the office
  
• Manage the business center
  
• He will take charge of all office equipment, maintain and ensure they are in good working condition for use.
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/NCE ONLY
  
• At least 0-2 years’ experience
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Good knowledge of computer applications especially MS Word, Excel, etc
  
• Applicants must be resident in Lagos.
