Drill Pipe/ BHA Inspector

Requirements:
Applicants must possess the following:

Minimum of HND or Degree in Engineering
Minimum of 2-3 years’ field experience in Rotary tools Inspection
Minimum of NDT Level II Certification
Other additional Certifications such as NS2 will be an added advantage
Must have good communicate skills including reading, speaking and writing English,
Must be able to pass Inspection school training per company procedures
Must have and maintain a good driving record
Must be familiar with DS1 inspection procedures
Not more than 35 years of age

Salary: Very Attractive and Negotiable based on experience


The primary functions of the BHA Inspector are:

Inspect drilling strings and all components therein;
Perform BHA inspections as well as pipe inspection as needed;
Perform intense manual labor with long work hours and is also expected to be on call 24 hours/day.
Additional duties include using inspection & hand tools, such as grinders, black light, dry powder, yoke, etc.;
Fill inspection reports according to company specifications, He or she will double-check all paperwork accuracy before submitting to the client for signing and to the office for billing.
