DPR,watin the happen?

I thank God,i was lucky 2 had been part of the first batch that went for the interview in lagos.i did my interview at naval primary sch. in victoria island lagos and 2days b4 the interview,i was reading through the shortlisted name and i discovered that some where written in capital letters and some in small letters.i immediately concluded that godfatherism might had started digging his way to this DPR of a thing.i am confused about the whole thing but we should keep our finger cross and wait 4 God to have his way.Nigeria is getting more corrupt if not why should we have small and capital letters on same list. Some might be special canditate while others are not.pls any body wit info on DPR expected list should pls send it my mail, [email protected]
