DPR recruitment website is faulty,i have a friend dat works in DPR

i have a friend who informed me dat the DPR recruitment website is faulty so the so called problem solvers ar just superimposing the site on www.ecowry.com which is a software for microfinance bank. you could try the site yourself www.ecowry.com

So what do you mean? Should we go ahead and apply?
