I have been watching events on this platform and nobody seems to care about the experience cadre they interviewed and consider/ think over it wether it has anything to do with calling up the freshers. According to Maku, “Mr. President, today in Council, directed all Ministers, all MDAs to ensure the prompt implementation of the 2012 budget. Even though the budget is still undergoing the normal process of appropriation in the National Assembly, Mr. President today put on notice that as soon as the budget is passed by the National Assembly, he will like to see quick implementation of projects, especially those that will be executed under this year’s capital budget. Mr. President directed that this year is decisive and is a year that he will want to see quicker action in the way we implement our projects.

what i mean that budget can not be responsible for an advert that was on since 2008 and national budget can,t be responsible for it, but if u say the ministry internal budgt i may agree bcos now it needs NASS approval, but the main delay is petroleum industry bill that is not passed but thank God there promise doing so b4 3rd quart of this yr.
