Double job offers

Good day fellow jobbers. Thnak you all for your meaningful contributions to various subjects. A friend of mine just got two offfers - one from NBC as purchasing officer and another from an indigineous oil field servicing firm as warehouse officer. Please help advise so as to make a decision as he is now confused which offer to take.
Both jobs offer same compensation packages but NBC might move him to a location different from where he is staying now. And we also heard that NBC can transfer him at any time and being a family man it might not be easy moving around with ones family.
Please your advises would be highly appreciated. Thanks
