Design Engineer with Experience in Commercial Air Conditioning is needed
A reputable dealer in the Electronics sector is looking to recruit a Design Engineer with experience in Commercial Air Conditioning is needed
Responsibilities:
• Creates computer aided design Mechanical HVAC Plan layout.
• Selection and design of air-conditioning equipments, piping and duct design and routing.
• Should handle independently HVAC drawing like Layout, Ducting, CHW Piping.
• Grille Layout, Equipment selection, Heat Load Calculations, Preparation of BOQ etc.
• Prepare scaled system equipment, duct and refrigerant piping layouts in order to obtain approximate measurements.
• Prepare equipment and installation specifications and schedules.
• Performs other functions that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
• Assist in development of Heating, Cooling & Ventilation concept options. Good knowledge of load analysis soft-wares
• Experience in design of complex & high rise buildings, Industrial buildings etc.
• Design of energy efficient systems
• Excellent skills in preparing design calculations, reports, drawings etc.
• Supervise & check work of Biz. Partners drafts persons
• Ability to check and comment on business Partners submittals, shop drawings, material, testing & commissioning etc.
• Fairly good knowledge of constructability, site operations and construction.


Requirements:
• Diploma / Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• With 2 year(s) experience in CAD Design using AutoCAD or Pro-Engineer
• Computer literate
• Good in oral and written reporting
• Accuracy in calculations & Software inputs,
• Ability to read architectural and other building services drawings.
• Good knowledge of Green & energy efficient building concepts
• Working experience with consultancy will do.
