1. [COLOR=#009900 !important]Civil Engineer[/COLOR] (Site) (Ref DCP/CES)

Reporting to the Manager (Civil), you will be responsible for the following:
• Inspection and witnessing construction Materials Tests in the Site and Laboratory.
• Verification of setting of works.
• Pre and Post concrete inspection of Contractors' works at site.
• Inspection of Structural [COLOR=#009900 !important]Steel fabrication[/COLOR] and works.
• Maintaining Site Diary on clay to day basis.

Person Specifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• One (1) - five (5) years relevant experience.
• Basic proficiency in the use of Basic [COLOR=#009900 !important]MS Office[/COLOR] support tools and applications.
Knowledge of AutoCAD would be preferable.



2. Manager (Civil) (Ref DCP/MC)

Reporting to the Head Civil Structures, you will be responsible for the following:
• Taking control of site supervision of works for the Section.
• Guide Site Engineer for effective supervision of works.
• Authorize execution of works through a system of QNQC Documentation to ensure quality.
• Authorize execution of works through' a system of QNQC Documentation to ensure quality.
• Inspect Contractors' resources with respect to quantity and quality.
• Review Contractors' programme and progress of work on a day to day basis.
• Any other responsibility which may be authorized by the Department Head.

Person Specifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, plus M.Sc Civil Engineering.
• Must be registered with COREN.
• Ten (10) - [COLOR=#009900 !important]fifteen[/COLOR] (15) years relevant experience.
• Basic proficiency in the use of Basic MS Office support tools and AutoCAD.



3. Manager (Structure) (Ref DCP/MS)

• Structural analysis and design of RCC Structures.
• Drafting using AutoCAD.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, plus M.sc Structural Engineering
• Must be registered with COREN.
• Ten (10) - fifteen (1 S) years relevant experience.
• Basic proficiency in the use of Basic MS Office support tools, design software and

• Valuation of buildings, civil and related works.

5. Audit Professionals - Team Lead (Ref DCP/TL)

Our successful candidates will oversee/assume responsibility for ensuring effective implementation or/complaince with the company's control policies and procedures in all areas(financial transactions, operational activities and IT systems) in the Head Office and all Plant location.
They would also:

• Drive the execution of all internal audit engagements in accordance with professional audit standards and the company's audit program.
• COnduct organization wide financial and operational audits
• Oversee the evaluation of controls on [COLOR=#009900 !important]IT infrastructure[/COLOR] and data protection as well as effectiveness of information security.
• Conduct forensic audit and investigations into cases of fraud, losses and malpractices are required
• Stay abreast of breast practices, [COLOR=#009900 !important]new trends[/COLOR] and developments in audit methodology, procedure and techniques.

Person Specifications

• [COLOR=#009900 !important]Bachelor degree[/COLOR] or its equivalent in Accounting, Finance or an IT related discipline, in addition to a [COLOR=#009900 !important]post graduate degree[/COLOR] in a related field
• Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a middle management role
• Relevant professional qualifications such as CPA, CISA, CIA, CITP, CISSP, CIPP, CRISC and CFE
• WOrking knowledge of SOX principles and audit techniques as well as basic ERP systems.
