jUST ONE GUY... As you can see, the forms are meant for 3 difft ppl... A & B are academic, while C is for non academic... According to the requiremnt, senior civil servant

All applicants are hereby notified to download the three (3) Reference forms on STEP 6 of 15 on their online application. These forms are to be completed by their Referees and brought to the aptitude test venue.
Two of the forms MUST OF NECESSITY be completed by candidates' former University Lecturers, while the third can be completed by a superior professional colleague.
N/B: Please note that the downloading and filling of these forms is COMPULSORY for all online applicants.
