to convert bitmap to Jpeg, use microsoft picture manager. save the bitmap files in a folder, under microsoft picture manager, go to edit>export. here u can select the file type and resize before u export the files . when u do so the system does the conversion.

I think that wat really happen is dat d those @ d helm of affairs of this current recruitment campaign took note of all the problems that applicants have been complaining about and carried out some modifications on the recruitment site in order to alleviate these problems. Like now i was able to remove some documents dat i uploaded multiple times bcos of d poor nature of my browser and was able to upload a missing required document. So we shudnt b too harsh on dem cos i've seen guys saying stuff abt bad administration. Afterall if u really need d job u shud go d extra mile to follow up even after u think u've applied.
pls,after completing the application i discovered that i was given the port harcourt centre moreover i chose lagos as the test centre during the first registration.pls how can i change my centre to lagos.i will really appreciate if i can get a way out on time becos i live far away from port harcourt.
as a corper(Batch A 2010) finishing b4 march 2011,i am experiencing problem in completion
