Position Title(s): Cathodic Protection Technician / Engineer

Brief:
Alduco Energy Limited is a company providing asset integrity management services to the Oil & Gas industry in the Gulf of Guinea. Our services include Cathodic Protection (CP), Risk Based Inspection (RBI), and Non Destructive Testing (NDT).

You are expected to carry out corrosion control duties mainly in Nigeria with some scope to work in Equatorial Guinea and other countries, as directed by Alduco Energy.

Description of Duties:
1.) Corrosion Management, CP Survey, Monitoring and Measurement;
2.) Cathodic Protection Systems Design, Retrofitting, Installation, Testing, etc., according to DNV and NACE standards; and
3.) CP Systems maintenance and repairs.

Qualification: BSc. and above
Required Certificates: NACE CP, ICCOR or equivalent
Number of Years of Experience: Five (5)
Field of Experience: Oil & Gas Onshore and Offshore facilities
Computer Knowledge: MS Office
Language: English

Knowledge Required:
1.) Cathodic Protection Systems Design, Installation, Testing, etc., according to NACE & DNV standards;
2.) CP Survey, Monitoring and Measurement; and
3.) Knowledge on various CP Design Codes and Standards including NACE, DNV, etc.

Brief:
Alduco Energy Limited is a company providing asset integrity management services to the Oil & Gas industry in the Gulf of Guinea. Our services include Cathodic Protection (CP), Risk Based Inspection (RBI), and Non Destructive Testing (NDT).

You are expected to carry out risk-based inspection duties mainly in Nigeria with some scope to work in Equatorial Guinea and other countries, as directed by Alduco Energy.

Description of Duties:
1.) Perform inspections on FPSO’s, Fixed Platforms, Refineries, and Petrochemical and LNG Plants;
2.) RBI on Offshore and Onshore Oil & Gas facilities, structures, pipelines, piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, coolers, etc.;
3.) Topside Inspections; and
4.) Underwater (Subsea) Inspections.

Qualification: BEng’g. or Tech. and above
Required Certificates: API 510, 570, 580/581 or 653
Number of Years of Experience: Five (5)
Field of Experience: Oil & Gas Onshore and Offshore facilities
Computer Knowledge: MS Office
Language: English

Knowledge Required:
1.) Understanding of P& ID’s and Isometrics Drawings
2.) Knowledge of AutoCAD would be a plus
