Our firm is a Human Capital Development and Consulting firm delivering a wide range of human capital development programs and consulting services, including technical training, recruitment, manpower supply and general engineering consulting services. Due to our fast growing patronage and business expansion, we are looking for suitable candidate to take up the responsibility of BUSINESS MANAGER – TECHNICAL.

QUALIFICATION
Degree/HND in engineering or Social Sciences.

Job Description
Position requires thorough knowledge of personnel being responsible for strategic business planning, developing new business opportunities, arranging and holding top business meetings, sourcing and managing business partnerships and sustaining the business growth rate.

Typical Duties:
Typical duties will include but not be limited to the preparation and/or modification of the following:

• Source for businesses at top levels
• Develop and manage the company’s businesses
• Source for Manpower supply contracts
• Generate engineering consulting business
• Ability to conducts interviews up to Senior Executive levels.
• Drive the implementation of company’s Human Capital policies
• Must be able to arrange and facilitate top level business meetings
• Should be able to develop good business proposal
• Prepare and bid for contracts
• Facilitate training programs
• Generate local and foreign partnership
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• An upward of five years relevant experience in a consulting environment
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian consulting environment
