Question1: do u lyk and feel u can spend ur life career in academics?
In my opinion, they are not comparable. A Federal University is a learning environment (I don't know whether you were offered academic or non-academic job though) you will be exposed to things and people. You will be active not redundant as many are in federal govt agencies. At this time, the govt is talking about restructuring MDAs and cutting costs. A number of govt agencies MAY be facing merging, scrapping or under-funding. Make an objective comparison and pray to God.
pls bro...better go 4 d Uni 'cos it can NEVER be merged nor scrapped but Nafdac can b. So I advice U go 4 d Uni. Cheers n congrats.

@Ali Jao. I would like to congratulate you. I think you should look inwards and consider the option that better matches your career goals. Above all, ask God to guide you aright in making the wise decision. I don't know if the position you are offered at the Uni is academic or non-academic. If academic, and u have wish to become a professor, then u could consider the uni. I have worked as an academic staff in a federal uni, so you could inbox me to get some info.
