Can work directlywith other functional area managers, ensuring that the customer’srequirements are met. Consistently works to improve internal KeyPerformance Indices (KPIs)May stand in for Logistics Manager when theLogistics Manager is otherwise not available. Operates with partiallatitude in making autonomous decisions. Handles special projects, asassigned.Knowledge of all aspects of transportation/distribution methods andprocedures. Knowledge of company policies and procedures. Goodcommunication skills. Effective negotiating skills.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 8+ years experience.
