1. HR MANAGER

Major Activities

• Develop and grow channels for reaching consumers.
• Structure, negotiate and close opportunities that drive traffic.
• Leverage social media heavily as a marketing tool.
• Advice executives on competitive landscape and opportunities.
• Prepare written presentations, marketing & activity reports.
• Develop and execute consumer loyalty schemes.
• Continually learn new product knowledge and acquire better marketing skills.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
• Drive search engine marketing initiatives.
• Manage and direct activities of other marketing team members.
• Develop PR models.
• Maximize guerilla marketing techniques to maximize marketing

Qualifications

• BSc Minimum in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 1yrs experience, preferably in retail.
• Marketing concepts & strategy.
• Internet usage patterns & trends.
• Confidence & motivation.
• Understanding of the importance of customer service and a commitment to delivering it.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
• Physically active.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Excellent use of computers.
• A minimum of 1 yr post-NYSC experience required.
