From normal trend, nobody ever knows when the result of this test comes out. All you hear is someone saying a friend of his told him that a friend of his told him (...on and on), that a friend won the scholarship and has left or is about leaving. In short, not very trustworthy. Just believe and if by latest of October, u ain't heard anything, move on!!!
