Job Description for PCB repairs, Electronic components replacement

Junior Engineer Test & Repairs
The candidate should be a diploma or degree in Electronics (desired but NOT Mandatory) with 0-2 Yrs experience on repairing Printed Circuit Boards. A very good functional knowledge of electronic circuits and components is Mandatory. Hands on experience of Soldering/de-soldering thru-hole and SMDs. Strong experience of Rectifiers, SMPS based power supply, Invertors, Mobile phones repairs would be an advantage.
Candidates from experience of X-ray machines/medical equipment repairs may as well apply.
Candidates will be judged on their ability to understand, troubleshoot and repair complex circuits.

Senior Engineer Test & Repairs
The candidate should be a diploma or degree in Electronics with 2-7 Yrs experience on repairing Printed Circuit Boards. A very good functional knowledge of electronic circuits and components is desirable. Hands on experience of Soldering/de-soldering thru-hole and SMDs. Strong experience of Rectifiers, SMPS based power supply, Invertors, Mobile phones repairs would be an advantage.
Candidates from experience of X-ray machines/medical equipment repairs may as well apply.
Candidates will be judged on their ability to understand, troubleshoot and repair complex circuits. Senior Engineers should be expecting travel to other African countries such as Ghana, Cameroon, and would be also judged on their soft skills and focus on learning & imparting knowledge.
