Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
@maxweber, we need to ruin the efforts of the cheats. We need to make this recruitment fair for all. We must not stand back and watch how things will unfold; we must pitch in to decide the course of our destiny as a people. We cannot trivialize this matter nor sweep it under the carpet. If let this incident go unreported we may be setting the platform for a new dimension in the recruitment process in this country. Fairness must prevail. AMEN.

What sort of nonsense is this? ExxonMobil should act and act fast. I think dragnet needs to upgrade their system security and vigilance because this is making honest candidates feel cheated. This is simply UNFAIR!!!
Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
Have submitted my query to them... awaiting their reply, but everybody here can also submit, just remove the attachment it will go. I tried with the attachment but get a failure and later tried without the attachment and it went... So please acts if you feel bad about it... Please note that even me have not written my own test. Am just feeling very bad about the whole recruitment process and i think something should be done about it.
Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
Most corrupt country in the the world no doubt. Actually, mobile phones are not allowed during the test and some people were asked to leave the hall on Friday at the Lagos centre who were caught using their phones during the exam. But all in all, Dragnet has only 2 invigilators highest overseeing so many candidates most times writing in different halls. So what else can you expect. Nigerians will always steal if given the opportunity.
That aside. Nice job gingerswags, wilfrotech, xandro101 & co. We must always do our best to ensure fair play and equality. Not all Nigerians are corrupt. Let's all do something about this. The righteous always wins at the end of the day....

Good one bro!

Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
Guys while ur concerns are legitimate, the truth is that you cannot totally eliminate cheating during tests. It has become a part of the fabric of test-takers not only in nigeria but abroad. Even shl isn't entirely fool-proof.
But there is a way it can be managed..just like some companies do. How do u throw all the blame at dragnet when its the candidates that have devised ways to beat the system.
I'v personally caught guys on several occasions snapping the screens with their blackberries. What dragnet could do is to have staffs manning each angle during the test to prevent all these. But about the total elimination of cheating, forget it.
Guys would always try 2 have an upper hand.
P.s: last year during the NNPC test at ICAN centre, lagos, two guys had the exact questions that we solved. How na??? Guys 4get o0, we can only manage it. Plus if you did it urself and you scored well, you'ld still be called. Its just unfortunate dat folks have unfair advantage over others.
It is well!

Upload the evidence to another site like 4shared. Then send the link for him/her to go take a look. That way your mail still gets delivered.
