2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)

Hey guys. I hear some people say Exxon have not done this since 2009. Is this kinda different from the Drilling Supervisor application some of us wrote a test for last October? I thought that was for fresh graduates too. What exactly is the difference with this one? Thanks fellas...

Oh pls dont flog yourself. If you selected 2012 Engineering and submitted your CV, if you fit the job description will will be invited for the test. You really can fit into the position of an engineer? Well they dont think so, that is why it is graduate engineer trainee.

Finally finished this application days after several failed attempts.Phew!

pls i need sme help. I hav 2 aplicatn in my applicatn status. I tried aplyin 4 dis one, i was told i have eceded d limit. I tried lookin 4 a way to dleat any of dose applctn but culd nt. Hw do i go about dis?

The drilling supervisor posting was "specific". They wanted training drilling supervisors and/or experienced company men. This 2012 Engineering recruitment is the normal yearly recruitment which was halted after 2009 due to uncertainties in the nigerian oil/gas sector.. i.e PIB, oil license renewal issues blah blah.
Since some licenses have been renewed, i believe they are a little optimistic and as such have decided to resume their yearly recruitment. By the way, if you applied for the drilling supervisor position, do not assume they have your resume and that you would be automatically screened for the 2012 engineering. Go in and apply for it because they are different job postings.
