Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
Hw sure are you that the have called for next stage cos the normally call few very people and they might not want to post it here. Thesame thing happened in drilling supervissor position(no one notified the house about the next stage but they have concluded it for a longtime), thesame with Trainee Geoscientist ( I was the person that informed the guys of second stage cos people were worried and I happened to know someone that was successful). Normally, it last within 2 week to one month to notify people on next stage based on previous guys experience. Let's pray and still hope they have not conducted the second stage. Let's be ready to accept any outcome(negative or positive) and continue to thank God for everything. Cheers.

While your concerns maybe true, you also have to realise that quite a lot of people took the test. Experienced and Graduate guys all did the test (all disciplines in engineering). I believe they are not just using the test alone. They probably still have to sift through the applications to separate various disciplines, experience or no experience etc.
If this recruiting was for a specific role, then it would have been concluded. They probably have a lot of candidates to choose from. Unlike chevron that strictly used the scores from dragnet, i believe they are weighing credentials, scores and experience to determine who they want. Thats my opinion

No need spreading rumours. If you indeed confirmed it, maybe you should state things like when the second stage is scheduled for and location etc. There's no need for rumours.
