I believe your photo has already been uploaded. Close the current page window and open a new window, go to the web address and enter your PIN as one who is to update his application. Go through the correspondence check until you are at the passport page. This time, if your system/internet connection is strong, your passport will be displayed. If it does not display use another system/internet connection. I think that's where the problem is coming from.Quote:

if u cant open the site go yo Google search for ptdf, wen u see any search with ptdf.cinfores.com, click on it and apply for any related course, if u are successful, u might be able to change ur course or school, hurry cos the site is usually jammed towards the end and it ends 31st october
