@Ebuka, I went to confirm at stanbic bank what account support officers' functions are, the customer care officer told me, as a account support officer, you will work in operations. That was all i was told.Quote:

dont know wat u're being interviewed for but is basically ur cv, also wat are ur streghths..they can rephrase it as wat makes u happy in work, wat dont u like in work(ur weakness) just be urself...control d interview, dont allow them control u..and dont say stories in response to questions..try and be logical and real.Quote:

I asked them the prospect for growth on the job. they told me there's possibility of conversion for good performance cos i am also having 2.1. They said the job isn't meant for 2.1 bt they didnt knw why workforce recommended those with the grade. Lets see hw it goes. Let me knw wen u hear from them againQuote:

@ Imao.... dont forget they're recruiting on behalf of IBTC,and its stated in the Letter that you'll be confirmed after 6 Months also the 80/70K Is the Net pay excluding all deductions, Bros for now, Omo i think Workforce try Ooooo............ Try check ICSL and host of other recruiting firm guy, and you'll give God all the Glory for what you have man............... A friend of mine who is presently working with IBTC Through Workforce even said that there are chances that IBTC May absorb them from Workforce.
