I disagree with you, I've been noticing IBTC rapid expansion since last year, they've started acquiring buildings in Ibadan so to say.....and we've been waiting for their recruitment so as to fill the new branches that have sprung up in the state.Quote:

i reliably gathered that stanbic asked workforce to pause the recruitment of other positions except D.S.A, stanbic employed some staff (themselves) dat were layed off 4r other banks bcos of their experience & are waiting as they heard dat more staff will be relieved 4r other banks, this was d reason why some of us dat are waiting for the last stage of the interview wit stanbic ve not been called (wit exceptions to DSA). i saw this coming

postin of DSA staff isnt goin to be a probs...a branch can have as much as 10 DSA staffs. In ma branch, we have about 7 DSA staffs n i'v seen branches dat have up to 11 DSA staffs.Quote:

Hi everyone. I was one of those interviewed on the 24th feb at Stanbic (Lagos) for the position of personal banker. I did my intervw wit workforce b4 then. Some people were told to go home and wait till they are re-invited for the interview. Guess the number was too much for them to handle dat day. They said workforce sent them too much people dat day than they could attend to.
I just want to know if these people have been re-called for their rescheduled interview too. Also anybody wit useful info on when those successful in the interview will be called for induction/training may please kindly contribute to this interesting thread. Thanks & God bless us all.
