Job Title: Personal Banker [WOGA/12/02]

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for the provision of efficient and technical personal banking services and support to a portfolio of branch based clients.

Competency Requirements

• BSc/HND from a well known Institution of higher learning
• Age between 27- 40
• Must possess good sales and service skills
• Must have the ability to provide customers with basic day-to-day services
• Must possess the ability to initiate customer feedback/satisfaction
• Must be sociable and possess good planning, problem solving and decision making skills.
