Hello Guys.. will be going for second interview tomorrow with a company in Lag.Done the first interviews which is basically technical stuffs..Now,I hot mail to come for interview with their top management tomorrow..
What do i expect guys..i applied for IT position(IT Analyst)

It depends on the coy in question. At the top mgt interview stage, a lot of questions may be targeted at unravelling your personality traits and evaluating your motivations in line with coy/job requirements. Have sufficient info about the coy and ur reason 4 choosing to work there...etc Sometimes, they just want to see how relaxed or jittery you can be when relating with superiors, so be very collected. I needn't tell you about general appearance. Surprisingly, things may turn out simpler than the previous interview. Some ppl have told of how they were just asked one or two flimsy questions at this stage. A lot however depends on the coy you're talking about. Just prepare for the worst while praying for the best.
