Wema bank submission of downloaded forms.how far?

Pls how do we submit the forms downloaded for the management trainee stuff.is it submission by hand or posting?

i tried submitting at my home branch,but was told they never had any information from thier head office to that effect. i was then adviced to post it to the head office through the address given in the downloaded form.
