Web developer needed

I've got this crazy idea. Very crazy but highly realistic. I intend going into a business that would perhaps take my conceived company online. I've got no capital to pay a web developer but was thinking if we could just form a partnership. The potential returns of the purported business is really tempting.
I will not go into any private communication with any party. So whoever could be interested let's get talking on this forum. I believe it could help in a way erase that erroneous view that perhaps this could be a scam. It is no scam.
