Warehouse manager & accountant

Our Client founded 1994 but commenced business in 2001 is Nigerian privately owned company with partners in Europe, US, Asia and Africa. In the Nigeria Pharmaceutical sector, it has over 30 brands/SKUs and plays in the antibiotics, analgesic, nutrition, ophthalmic and dental segments as well as being a reputable importer of medical, surgical and ophthalmic consumables, devices and equipment. This client aims for excellence, by carefully choosing quality product lines for greater markets share and offering knowledge-based, value-added and right solutions.
To improve its operations and take opportunities it requires personnel’s its Account, Logistics and Sales departments:

1. ACCOUNT MANAGER
The successful candidate will be responsible for nation-wide credit control and management, compliance and tracking of corporate assets in addition to some general accountant responsibilities.
Requirements:

• B Sc/ HND in Accounts, ICAN-qualified, or in final stages. MBA an advantage
• Minimum of 3 yr. experience part of which must be in a trading concern. Pharma- industry experience is desirable.
• Ability to use common accounting/enterprise packages, in addition to Microsoft Office is compulsor

2. WAREHOUSE MANAGER

• The major responsibility is to effectively manage and direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations as well as to initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. The incumbent will ensure warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly and oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of company products to various locations in Nigeria

Requirements

• A degree in logistics, supply chain management or accountancy
• 2-4 experience as a Warehouse Manager in a sales and distribution environment
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases/enterprise software and Microsoft Office skills is required
• Good understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices
• High Integrity Index
• Excellent communication skills
