Our client a Chief Services Officer is urgently seeking a capable and proactive secretary to provide assistance in the following:

- General office clerical and administrative tasks
- Written, verbal, and telephonic communications
- Project tracking and implementation

Requirements
For a candidate to be successful in this position, they must be flexible, demonstrate high levels of diplomacy and professionalism, and be able to work efficiently under pressure. Must possess a can-do attitude and should be an independent worker who requires little direction. MUST maintain confidentiality and demonstrate the ability to deal with sensitive issues.
Should be able to plan the work and work the plan, seek and accept responsibility, improve continuously, work in teams, communicate with flair and celebrate success.

Knowledge of Procurement and Logistics policy and procedure is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma, MBA and/or formal secretarial training are required.

Must be proficient in the use of Outlook & Microsoft Office products (including but not limited to Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).

Perfect English is a must.
Knowledge of German, French or Russian is a plus but not obligatory.
