Job Description:

• envision and define short and long term direction of the business
• coordinates the design and deployment of appropriate business development and operational management
• establishes and exploits good, mutually beneficial business relationship
• evaluate operational activities and business decisions
• creates and maintains a conducive and performance driven work environment that supports the attraction of quality staff for the company
• ensures that appropriate polices and controls are in place to guide business operations

Qualification:

• strong industry knowledge of mortgage banking
• extensive credit and risk management experience
• proven track record or performance in new business development
• significant consumer engagement, retention and quality service
• excellent communication and leadership skills
• minimum of first degree in a related discipline
• possession of MBA and membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage
