A highly reputable company requires the services of a Human Resource Officer to report to Head of Human Resources.
Job Summary |
- Responsible for providing support in various Human Resources functions, which includes, recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.

- Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development.
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
- Responsible for the payroll processing and administration.
- Provides assistance in reviewing and assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the department’s policies, procedures and processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives.
- Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team.
- Provide information and assistance to staff and supervisors on human resource and work related issues.
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
- Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
- Promote human resources as a strategic partner in management decision making.
- Maintain employee personal records and data administration.
- Prepare and submit reports on daily activities of the department.
- Perform other related duties as required.

- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience with a minimum of 2 years in a similar position
- A good first degree in Business Admin, IRPM, Humanities, Sciences or the Social Sciences
- A recognized and relevant professional certification (i.e. CIPM, CIPD or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
