VACANCY Personnel Operations Officer

“Eden Solutions and Resources” (www. edensrpeople.com), Located in Garki 2, Abuja is a staff recruitment and personnel management company that has been involved in the Human Resource Management business for 10 years now. Currently we require for immediate employment, a very mature, highly organized and self motivated individual for the following position:
POSITION:
Personnel Operations Officer - (REF ESR 214)
ROLE:
This person will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for employing catering - staff (cooks & stewards) Logistics - staff (Drivers and cleaners) and Retail - Staff (Cashiers, sales staff etc). He/she will also relate with clients, attend to their needs and manage their complaints. Other functions include managing performance of staff of retail outlets and restraints as an external or outsourced personnel manager.
REQUIREMENT:
This person, who must be resident in Abuja, must have at least 3-4 years experience in the recruitment, supervision and management of support staff. This person must also have a bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline and be proficient in the use of Computer and be able to write good management reports.
