Your role:
You'll be working as part of the Global Recruiting Sourcing and Research (GRSR) team, based in Lagos and you'll also be able to draw on our research and recruiting network worldwide. We identify and source top talent globally.

This is an opportunity to join the recruiting team for our Investment Bank. As a part of our team, you will support recruiting execution of specific open positions, confidential initiatives, competitive market mappings, succession planning initiatives and proactive talent pooling.
If you know what it takes to find the best candidates and bring them on board we're looking for someone like you.

Team will work within regular working hours.

Responsibilities:
– Finding and hiring the right candidates through different channels
– Building and maintaining close relationships with promising candidates
– Gathering data to help Recruiting make better decisions
– Being a part of the development of sourcing within Recruiting

Requirements:
– International experience in a similar role, in house or with an agency
– Experience in Financial Services. Knowledge of Investment Banking, highly desirable
– Very good written and spoken English
– Passion for data gathering and information sharing (you love research)
– Great communication skills, both in person and on social media
– Computer literacy and search engine optimization skills
– Multitasker, well organized and able to thrive when no two days are the same
– Proactive and creative approach
