Vacancy for financial analyst(s)

QUALIFICATION
· Good1^st degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or Business relatedcourses.
· Mastersor an MBA will be an advantage

EXPERIENCE
· Atleast 4 years relevant experience in a similar role in the financial sector

RESPONSIBILTIES
Ø Responsible forcollection of market data and current events that impact the real estateindustry and processing data into management friendly reports that reflectmarket trends and potential investment opportunities.
Ø Provide relevant andreliable data to support investment recommendations. Develop financial modelsnecessary to perform financial analyses to determine financial returns ofprospective deals, equity splits, etc.
Ø Source means of financefor project, manage funding portfolio of the company.
Ø Directly responsible forassessing the financial viability of prospective projects, acquisitions, andredevelopments.
Ø Performing financial analyses and due diligenceon prospective investments.
Ø Collect real estate market data and process intoinformative management reports.
Ø Coordinating and overseeing due diligence forreal estate development projects purchases and sales.
Ø Prepare assessment andprojections of the company’s financial situation.
Ø Determine the prices atwhich Properties should be offered to the customer.
Ø Prepare plans of actionfor investment based on financial analyses, recommend investments andinvestment timing to the company.
Ø Direct responsibility tospear-head the company’s strategic activities in the areas of financing thatwill take it to a higher platform in the industry.Ø Direct responsibility tomanage Relationships with stakeholders (Clients, Investors, and Customers) inline with project & company finance. Ø Perform all necessary supervisory and oversightfunctions to effectively and efficiently manage the business.REPORTING LINE: Deputy General Manager, Finance.ATTRIBUTES
