DEPARTMENT: FINANCE & ADMIN.

POSITION: DIRECTOR FINANCE & ADMIN.

Job Responsibilities

• To ensure the implementation of the Company’s financial policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date record of the organizations financial status
• Give financial advise to management for decision making
• Ensure that monthly and Annual Financial reports are produced on time
• Produce program plans and budgets for the Company’s operations
• Maintain an accurate and comprehensive organization wide financial database
• Produce Financial reports as may be requested by the Board of Directors
• Ensure the adherence to mgt. processes in Admin., Procurement, HR Management and Finance
• Monitor Company projects to ensure the implementation of programs in line with the overall objectives of the Company
• Generate proposals and source for funds on behalf of the company
• Monitor and Evaluate programs of the Company to ensure compliance with plans and budget
• Advise the CEO on issues relating to funding, proposals, program plans, budgets and operations in general.
• Prepare and submit regular program reports to the CEO as may be needed
• Analyze potential partner relationships for the Company’s product lines.
• Prepare business and project plans for new business units.
• Handle special studies and projects as assigned by CEO
• Perform other related functions as may be assigned by the CEO



Requirements

• First degree in Accountancy or Finance, 2nd Degree or MBA would be advantageous
• Minimum of ten (10) years cumulative work experience of which three (3) must be at management level in any ICT related company
• ICAN or ACCA Certified
