In line with Citi Africa's strategy to grow and develop talent, we are pleased to inform you that, the selection process for the 2011 MA Program has commenced.
Citi in Africa is looking to provide exceptionally talented individuals with the opportunity to be part of a development program. The 12 month training program will focus on creating a pool of talent to fill future business management and leadership roles across Africa.
We are looking for candidates who have recently completed their first or second degrees within the last 2 years.
