Job Position: Program Manager, Institutional Capacity Strengthening and Organisational Development
Band: D1
Reports to: Hou, HSS
Location: Abuja
Job Description:

• provide support and guidance for an enhanced partner capacity for the design and oversight of high quality capacity building intervention
• Actively monitor the project budget and participate in the monthly CP budget comparison meetings
• Develops and implement standardized approaches and best practises in local partner capacity strengthening
• coordinates with colleagues globally to share and incorporate lessons learned from other CRS CPs

Qualification:

• Master degree in organisational development, public or business administration , community development or its equivalent
• ability to transfer knowledge to diverse audiences through participatory adult training , mentoring, distance education
• strong research, adult learning methodology design and facilitation skills
• good communication skills
• demonstrate high level initiative, diplomacy and tact
• Excellent people skills
• computer literate
• willingness to travel 50% within NIgeria
