Vacancy for bakery manager

VACANCY
A food outlet in Abuja urgently requires the services of a Bakery Manager for employment immediately.

Requirements
? Minimum of 2.2 Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Food Science and Technology, Hotel and Catering Mgt, Bus Admin or any related course.
? The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
? Candidates MUST reside in Abuja
? Candidates MUST be willing to relocate and travel.
? Must be proficient in the use of computer
? Knowledge in wide range of ingredients, baking equipments and techniques.

Responsibilities
? Responsible for the manufacture/production of all bakery products to attain target revenues.
? Direct and coordinate activities involved with production, sale, and distribution of bakery products.
