Job description:

• provide executive leadership and drive firm through its growth phase
• responsible for the firms strategies and operational decisions
• implement board's decisions, monitor and report achievement and significant variances
• identify and develop strategic partnership with clients and relevant regulatory authorities
• define brand values, generate revenue growth and expand the clientele and market base
• manage and maintain a well bonded team to achieve optimum performance
• present a good representation of the company to the public, key stake holders and business partners

Job Position: Head, Corporate Finance (REF: HCF/01)
Location: Lagos
Job Description:

• develop and oversee corporate finance/M&A documentation models and presentation term sheets, business valuation models
• solicit and advise clients on wide range of investment banking transaction
• oversee deal structuring and execution
• develop relationship with existing and potential clients from initial negotiation to closure
• oversee and manage financial due diligence with respect to M&A and other strategic investment acquisition transaction

Qualification:

• a good degree in the business field
• masters and professional qualification will be an added advantage
• relevant experience in relevant field
• effective communication skill
• comprehensive knowledge of financial markets and investment banking business
• ability to plan execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner

• technical computer skills: advance user and excellent spreadsheet modelling skills
• strong entrepreneurship drive and excellent managerial skills
• self confidence, positive personality with strong interpersonal skills presentation and public speaking skills
