A NEWLY ESTABLISHED FINANCE AND LEASING COMPANY IS CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION

SALES SUPERVISOR:

Main Responsibilities Drives the growth of the organization through sales and marketing activities. Liaises regularly with the credit officer to obtain necessary information concerning new product/service/contract development. Responsible for the compilation of customers’ requisition and a detailed list of prospective customers on a daily basis. Responsible for generation of sales lead and prospects. Creates awareness for the company and its products and services. Provides information on market needs that will enable the Organisation develop new products Submits weekly reports of activities to the Managing Director.

Requirements Must have great interpersonal skills Effective verbal and listening communication skills Must be an energetic person with unusual initiative Leadership skills. Team building skills Must be highly Innovative with an exceptional ability to think outside of the box. Ability to contribute to the strategic goals of the company and convert strategy into action on the field.

Job Specification Sales of Finance and Lease packages.

Qualifications First Degree in any discipline 3 – 4 years in hands on experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a financial institution 26 – 30 years.
