Urgent Vacancy for Head of Credit and Marketing

Vacancy exist for the position of Head of Credit and Marketing Department in a newly licensed Microfinance Bank based at Onitsha.
Candidates for the position must possess the following qualifications:
i) A B.Sc./B.A. or HND in Related discipline.
ii) Must possess at least four (4) years cognate experience in Credit and Marketing in a Commercial Bank. (Those currently working with a Microfinance Bank at the moment with good experience in CBN reporting will possess extra advantage).
iii) Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
iv) Must have an understanding of Igbo language alongside any other native language.
v) Must be charismatic, creative, innovative and articulate.
vi) Must be able to relocate and work in Onitsha.
vii)Must have Self confidence and must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
viii) Must be Computer Literate.
ix) Must possess good networking skills.
x) Must be able to select and co-ordinate a good marketing team.
xi) A very good understanding of the Onitsha market environment and its environs would be an added advantage.
