An entertainment company situated in Ogba is in need of a Client Relations Officer
Age: 25-30
Gender: Any (preferably female)
Location: Lagos mainland

Qualification:
First degree in any discipline

Job functions:

1. Manage clients to maximize relationship building opportunities
2. proactively seek to identify customer needs
3. Take full ownership of customers' problems and ensure complete customer satisfaction
4. Knowledge of sales and relationship building process in an entertainment company
5. Interface effectively with clients at events
6. Receive, sort, distribute and keep accurate records, of incoming and outgoing correspondences with clients.
7. Co-ordinate and organize booking of meeting room and appointments
