Ogene TV, a subsidiary of Tenece professionalServices, is amulti-faceted company, with the potential to branch into new venues as thecompany grows.. There are currently three phases to development, beginning with thecollection of a rich and diverse contentbase (homes movies, comedy, Inspirational, documentary, musical etc), anoptimized, easy to use and interactive web portal which provides free premiumquality content to targeted global audience. Company located on Victoria Island.
We areseeking to engage resourceful and highly motivated individuals in the followingpositions stated below;
CONTENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR.
Full time role | Location : Lagos
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate, curate and identify appropriate content for the digital streaming service.
  
  
• In addition to managing relationships with existing vendors, identify and manage local aggregators and local vendor relationships in Nigeria and across africa .
  
  
• Participate in all aspects of negotiation (financial analysis and forecasting, contract drafting, security requirements, amendments);
  
  
• Represent acquisitions team interests across the company (operations, legal, finance, business intelligence/reporting, content marketing) on a regular basis and as needed on a project basis;
  
  
• Provide operational and troubleshooting support to Content Operations as far as being the direct liaison with vendors for all customization and deliverables issues.
  
  
• Manage and evaluate content performance as it relates to vendor accounts through internal metrics Grow market expertise through continuous focus on and knowledge of the competitive and market environment in each international territory
  
  
• Communicate market trends and industry shifts, including implications and recommendations, to internal and external partners
  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience of the Nigerian and African movie industry (Nollywood and G-nollywood ) with existing relationships with key producers and marketers in a huge advantage.
  
  
• Demonstrated mastery of verbal and written communication skills including the ability to cultivate internal and external relationships;
  
  
• Great analytical and critical thinking skills;
  
  
• Demonstrated experience in market analysis, competitive analysis and strategic thinking
  
  
• Experience in sourcing and curating content for Latin American markets.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and change direction frequently;
  
  
• Ability to manage and process detailed information while keeping perspective on the bigger picture;
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally;
  
  
• Excellent project and time management skills;
  
  
• Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are a must;
  

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

BA/BS required, at least 3 years of workexperience is required with at least 2 years of negotiation experience. Prior international television, studio or media-focused technologyexperience preferred but not required.



DIGITAL CONTENTMANAGER.
Full time role | Location : Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and develop YouTube channels, including content uploads, audience development, advertising performance, reporting & analytics, annotation and overlays
  
  
• Demonstrable experience in managing data analytics to deliver insights on digital marketing campaigns and online advertising performance
  
  
• Must have good digital audience development experience, experience building audience for online content through social media, digital marketing campaigns, online PR, SEM, publisher syndication
  
  
• Must be active with social media, managing multiple social media networks and video syndication platforms, with an in depth knowledge of how to use social techniques to build audiences and communities around content
  
  
• Must have a demonstrable high level of intelligence and creativity, with an intersect of Popular culture across Celebrity and Music
  
  
• Must have a natural curiosity and interest in digital, technology, and the future of the media industry.
  
  
• Must be a self-starter, capable of leading the video syndication initiative with a commitment to growing video views and creating the ultimate
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience managing video publishing platform and channels
  
  
• Must be a natural leader and expert in offsite video publishing
  
  
• Should be comfortable working across different platforms and supporting multiple properties.
  

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

BA/BSrequired, at least 3 years of work experience is required with at least 2 yearsof negotiation experience. Prior international television, studio ormedia-focused technology experience preferred but not required.
