We currently have an opening to be URGENTLY filled for the position of ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER.

QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must own a good BSc or HND, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration from a recognized University.
A Masters' Degree / Professional Exam Certification (ICAN, ANAN, and CIPM) will be an added advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Petty Cash Management
2. Monitoring of Utility Bill Payment
3. Follow up on Cash Advance retirement
4. Prepare and Update the WHT schedule
5. Remittance of PAYE and Rendition of Tax returns monthly
6. Inventory Controls - Compilation of Stocks of explosives as well as other stocks and valuation thereof
7. PO followup with client & updating clients' database
8. Follow up on submitted invoices to ensure timely payment
