Unilever phone interview.

I got a call this morning from Unilever and it turned out to be a phone interview. They asked me questions ranging from my present employer,hw much of thia products and competitors I know,my pay expectations,how long it will take me to move from my current employer and how long can I accept to meet them for face-to-face interview. The guy den assured me after I had impressed him on phone that I will be called for physical interview. Pls who else got d call and wat is it like working for Unilever as a marketer at management level? Do they pay well and wats dia employer/employee relationship like?

@Kwabet I think unilever is a multinational and there4 shld pay well. Anyone wt useful info shld help here
