the other part will be bulk money usually paid after confirmation. its like a loan. that is what most bankers use to buy cars
brieshy, having worked in a bank myself, i find it difficult to understand u cos u cant decrease a salary after confirmation, the bulk money u are talking about is supposed to be the right of the staff after confirmation. the salary either remains the same or is increased
