JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Take charge of the Training Department
2. Design training programmes
3. Source facilitators
4. Prepare training proposals to organization
5. Promote and market the programmes
6. Manage training workshops

QUALIFICATIONS
1. University graduate (additional qualifications will be an advantage)
2. Computer literate
3. Managerial experience
4. Age: 25 – 35 years
