Group Objectives (Operating and Finance Lease)
To develop and constantly review various credit products with attractive interest income, to meet the needs of customers across the various sectors of the economy, while sourcing and selecting such credits with minimum risk of failures and high interest income potentials from the public sector, corporate bodies and individuals.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Primarily responsible for the achievement of group objectives
2. To formulate and develop operational policies for the group to ensure optimum utilization of funds on projects/credits with high returns and minimum risk potentials
3. To develop and constantly review Credit Products (particular emphasis on operating and finance lease)to meet customer needs
4. To source for Credit Products for approval of the credit committee, and to carry out detail analysis and appraisals on such projects
5. To source for Funds for execution of approved credit
6. To design and implement control reports to monitor operations of the group.
7. To specifically monitor all projects to ensure compliance with credit terms and thus preventing loan loss.
8. To follow up on delinquent accounts to ensure early recovery of debts/loans from defaulters.
9. And any other assignments as may be prescribed by management.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
1. First degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance or Economics
2. Relevant professional qualifications would be an added advantage
3. Five (5) years post qualification experience in credit risk management in Bank or Non-Bank financial institution
4. Must be good and proficient at designing/developing credit products and appraisal/monitoring
5. Must be computer proficient in the use of computer applications.

Reporting Relationship:
· Reports directly to the MD/CEO
· Directly responsible for analysts/officers
