Standard flour, one of the leading producers of flour and other wheat products, has an urgent requirement for high calibre experienced individuals to fill highly prestigious positions

Regional Sales and Marketing Managers (#01/01)
Role:
- Directly responsible for a direct selling team, sales budgets, monitoring sales team performace
- Strong leadership skills
- Must be a team player with self starter capability

Qualification:
- A first degree in a relevant subject. A marketing qualification would be a distinct advantage
- A minimum of 5years in a FMCG managerial or senior sales exercutive roll

Territory sales Executives (#02/01)
Role:
- Must repot to the Regional Sales and marketing Manager
- Ability to negotiate at all levels, building strong and lasting relationships with existing and new customers
- Ability to promote products on both on both its technical and economic merits

Qualification:
- A first degree or HND in a relevant subject
- A minimum of 5years experience in a FMCG sales environment

Customer Services Officers (#03/01)
Role:
- Must report to the Corporate Head of Sales and Marketing
- Able to communicate in a lucid manner
- Demonstrate strong technical ability
- Able to understand the process from flour to finished product

Qualification:
- A qualification in food technology discipline
- A minimum of 5years experience in food technology, baking experience a distnct advantage
