Standard chatered online test , pls i nid help

House, pls i really nid help. i already launched the test and completed the practice test but when i proceeded to the main test, it displayed one question but i was unable select any answer and the time did not come up. i tried going to the next question but culdnt go.when i then checked my application status it was stated Logical reasoning test in progress and when i logged to login again i was not given any link to follow in my status.PLS WAT DO I DO
